Mantra Samui Resort

Since its acquisition in 2016, this urban retreat underwent transformative changes. All guest suites were upgraded, ensuring a level of luxury and comfort unique among the island’s resorts. This visionary hotel renovation revitalised the resort’s aesthetic, while seamlessly blending contemporary elegance with the timeless charm that defines the Mantra Samui Resort.

Quay Perth

Perth, Australia

Quay Peth showcases our property management skills and gives visitors an authentic and true taste of Western Australian hospitality. The stylish 80-room property features cosy, well-designed communal spaces and a dedicated, 24/7 co-working space. The chic indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and restaurant is complemented by an all-day cafe. We managed the full refurbishment of the hotel prior to taking over management services.

CESVI Hotel, Kaohsiung

Kaohsiung, Taiwan

The CESVI Hotel in Kaohsiung will open at the end of 2023 after a project management takeover. In the heart of Kaohsiung city, this 28-suite adults-only hotel includes a private guest lounge with complimentary services and an Aveda Salon & Spa. It hosts two specialty restaurants: the rooftop HQ Bar & Kitchen and Restaurant PZ with an exclusive afternoon tea service serving Cha Cha The’.

CESVI Hotel, Xiao Liu Qiu

Xiao Liu Qiu, Taiwan

The CESVI Hotel in Xiao Liu Qiu will open at the end of 2024. This unique 61 room resort is located on the Island of Xiao Liu Qiu, which guests access by a 45 minute ferry ride. The location is a protected natural reserve, famous for sea turtles and its natural beauty. The hotel is complete with an outdoor coffee shop, specialty restaurant, swimming pool, and spa.

The Nanee

Bhaktapur, Nepal

The hotel opened its doors in 2023 after we conducted a full conversion and renovation. An example of hotel management that showcases immersive experiences, the Nanee caters to travellers seeking an elevated lodging experience. This living heritage house gives dedicated offerings and insights to guests about the location and unique hotel. Each of the 18 suites at this boutique hotel gives insight into the beautiful Newari culture of the Kathmandu Valley.

Kavya

Nagarkot, Nepal

The Kavya Resort & Spa Embodies offers meditation retreats, paragliding packages, a luxurious spa, and biking adventures. Travellers are drawn to the incredible mountain views and an all-inclusive resort that mixes Nepalese tradition with modern sophistication. After the success of its soft opening, it will welcome all visitors at the end of 2023.

Khumbila

Namche Bazaar, Nepal

Khumbila, in Namche Bazaar will open at the end of 2025 after a project management takeover. At 3,440m, this is one of the highest luxury hotels. The 28 guest rooms overlook the Himalayas with stunning views of Mount Everest. The hotel offers a coffee shop, and HQ Bar & Kitchen and a spa– perfect for trekkers.
